Do you

take insurance?

Epione Integrative Healing LLC does not accept or bill insurance. All services are private pay. Private pay keeps your therapy services confidential and does not require a mental health diagnosis to receive services. Epione Integrative Healing LLC, can provide you with a superbill for you to submit to your insurance company so that you may receive partial or full reimbursement from your insurance.

The responsibility lies on the client to submit the superbill to their insurance.

How does payment work?

All out of pocket expenses are due at the beginning of each session.  We accept cash, check, and all major credit cards for payment.

Cancellations

The cancellation policy requires a 24 hours notice for all cancellations. Failure to cancel within that time frame results in a charge of your full session fee.

How long are sessions?

Individual sessions are held for 50 minutes. Longer sessions are available upon request.

Are you available outside of business hours?

Epione Integrative Healing LLC does not provide on-call phone or emergency sessions. If you experience a counseling emergency or you are experiencing a crisis, please call 911 or one of the crisis lines:
