Sarah is passionate about educating others about how our stress physiology and biology affect our responses when we are triggered, overwhelmed or stressed.

Reflective Supervision

The supervision model that resonates with Sarah the most and is considered ‘best practice’ specifically for professionals working with and on behalf of children, young adults and parents, is Reflective Supervision.

 

Using reflective supervision, you will partner with Sarah to consider multiple perspectives, explore your intellectual, somatic reactions, emotional reactions and work toward finding your authentic professional self-rooted in best practice for the clients you serve.

Training and Corporate Consulting

Sarah has provided breathing workshops, skill building, program development, case consultations and staff trainings.
