Child Therapy
Child therapy facilitates the development of emotional intelligence, self-awareness, empathy, competency to be with emotions and reduces the probability of developing unhealthy coping mechanisms.
We will work to resolve issues and increase your child’s somatic awareness, self-esteem, emotional awareness, positive social skills, and communication of their emotional experience.
Our approaches include play therapy, sandtray, somatic awareness, EMDR child therapy, trauma-informed expressive arts therapy, attachment therapy, and mindfulness.
